At Pixele.Studio , we always aim to provide the best possible experience for our users. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased paid version, you can request a cancellation and refund as per the terms below.
1. Cancellation & Refund Terms
- We only offer digital products (no physical goods). For details on our delivery timelines, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- If you are not satisfied with the paid version you purchased, you can request a cancellation and refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- After 7 days from purchase, no refund requests will be accepted.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Please include your purchase details such as:
- Name
- Email used for purchase
- Transaction ID/order ID
- Reason for refund request
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your request, we will verify it and process your refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing time: 2 to 10 working days (depending on your bank or payment provider) .
4. Notes
- This policy applies only to paid versions; our free version is not eligible for refunds.
- We do not charge any refund processing fees, but any bank or gateway charges applied at the time of payment may be non-refundable.
